That is also a lot to do with Davis's bad form when he is facing the opponents goal he can't see a frig'n blue jumper. Super Ally? Maybe as a player but not on his managerial skills.

I don't really understand how you can judge Jelavic on todays performance and that against Dunfermline was the same. The only ball he gets is a long punt from McGregor and then he has a player climbing on his back. Would Boyd have got near the goal with 8 defenders in the team. I doubt it very much.

Afraid my memory doesn't go that far back. -
Craig Moore had trouble with Alex McCleish because he went to the olympics and missed valuable games.

No please! Miller would be a far better option if we are intent in bringing back ex-players.

SFA likely to review Sone Aluko penalty award in Rangers win

Can you judge what is enough to bring a player down when he is at full speed and on the outermost point of Balance? I think that is the point Smith is making that it is not just black and White there is a large grey area in between. Surely this is also the same as a player not being able to be called up for aggressive play if he receives a yellow card when it should have been red. The referee is judged to have seen it and dished out the punishment he felt was appropriate. The referee saw this clearly from what I could see and judged it as a penalty. That should be the end of it. We are told the referee always has good judgement in one ruling and the contrary in the other ruling. Consistency is far adrift in football. -

Since when have double standards been taken into account in football? The barrel is full of rotten apples from the very top down to the very bottom. -
If I remember right he was given 1 cap to see what he could do and was then quickly forgotten.

Do you think so BD? I feel it is getting murkier all the time.

You can reply with a quote. I feel if you have too much text between the posts the board will become very busy for the eyes and look like a bit of a mess to be honest.

Video of the Lyon game is on here. Spot the defenders bursting a gut. http://www.voetbalzone.nl/doc.asp?uid=153930

I firstly want to say I am anything but an Ajax fan, but the result of Lyon (funnily enough another French team) winning 7-1 away from home and Ajax having 2 good goals chalked off really does smell of Marseille v Rangers match fixing. Remember also the French team qualifying for the WK against Ireland through a Henry hand ball that everyone saw but the ref. No wonder Platini and Blater don't want video recordings used as games can't be manipulated as easy then. I smell a stink bomb.

This is what I feel how the hell can you change a yellow card into a two match ban because the ref makes a mistake. If we want to use TV pictures to prove whether it was a penalty or not then the ref should have that option at the time of the offence and not days later when the result cannot be changed. This panel is another SFA joke. If someone has punched, kicked or headbutted without the ref seeing it then fair enough pull them up, but to pull all players up who may,or may not have dived is just stupid. Sorry quoted the wrong post. -
Lovenkrands eyeing a move away from Newcastle in January

No thanks if we are going to take an old player back then it has to be Kenny Miller for me. We need movement not a guy that hides. -
If they want to make it proper then they played Dundee utd on Sunday and not Dundee. Small difference which could have a big effect if ever used as evidence.
