The disaster game was my first ever OF game and thankfully i was only allowed to go because i could use my uncles season ticket for the main stand. I remember the stairway pressure only too well in other games although obviously not to the extent of the disaster day. It really was an accident waiting to happen. I remember my father always telling me to cross my arms to protect my chest and make sure I stayed on my feet. Probably useless advice when it did go wrong. I remember the shouts when the pressure was getting really bad trying to stop more people coming on to the stairs. This was not a one game occurrence but played a part in all games. How no one realised what could happen if things did go wrong long before they did i will never know. To say people see it as if it is a medal to be at the game i feel a bit unfair as the shock when we got home to see on the news the bodies lying on the pitch was also a huge emotional blow. To know just an hour or two earlier you were standing, or sitting in my case, looking at the pitch where the bodies then lay put me and i would imagine all supporters in an emotional state of shock. Yes we attach ourselves to that game but not as if we won a medal but because we felt for the supporters with whom we had just a short time earlier supported our team together, and who were then lying lifeless on the pitch. God bless them.

Catchy tune(La Bamba) but unfortunately it mocks king Carlos and i don't really like that. I suppose Majstorovic is difficult to fit in though. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BxbZFrhsc4U

Will it also be Webster's 200th game miss? We really have had some service from Davy Weir a truly outstanding Captain and is an example for everyone how they should conduct themselves on and off the park.

James Traynor has just said that Whytes lawyers have asked for clarification on a few uncertain points and have not yet had a response from MIH. There was nothing sinister going on just clarification on a few points.

Gav the fact that it is part of the media circus doesn't mean i have to read it. That is the reason i don't want to read it.

I have been having a look around some websites and there is not even a mention of a pitch inspection, so it seems the pitch is playable. The biggest worry seems to be if any more pipes burst.

Rangers hitman Kenny Miller linked with January move to Birmingham
pete replied to ian1964's topic in Rangers Chat
Only had two beers and now i am on to multi-vitamin drink. I am rotten with the cold. Frig'n worked all year without being a day sick and after 1 day holiday I am rotten with the cold. I had a quick glance through to see if it was posted but obviously overlooked it. I had my eyes checked recently as well. -

I think we are going to hear a lot of these stories until the window shuts. -
I can only second that. Merry Christmas all.

RIP. You will never be forgotten.

There probably isn't anything wrong with it I just don't like reading what i think is inappropriate junk. If we ever get to the PL it will not be with this team.

I or should I say we have no problem with anyone expressing their dislike of a player it is the unnecessary swearing and degrading name calling we have problems with. The Gersnet has always prided itself to be a forum of intelligent discussion and indeed freedom of speech. While we have no problems with the odd swear word being thrown in to enhance a point it gets a bit much when one sentence of 12 words contains 4 or 5 swear words. Sometimes on this website there are more guests on-line than members. We hope that some of these guests will one day become a member as we all probably have all followed that route. I know if my first impression was a forum full of swear words i would have been off in a shot. We are in no means trying to take anyone's freedom of speech away we are just asking for a bit better use of the Queens English. Less timesque and more prudistant.

Is this a blow for us? Would we have signed him anyway? I doubt it to be honest. Craigy trying to up the price i would imagine.

Continual profane attacks on McCulloch is getting a bit boring though to be honest. Whether you like him or not he does pull on a blue jersey and does at least try to do his best. Does supporting a team not mean supporting the players on the pitch? If you don't are you not as bad a supporter as you think he is as a player?

Saves time? Sacking Bain? Giving Bain instructions. There are 24 hours in a day nobody said it was at the same time as far as i can see.

If the mid-January date is correct then they probably would be having a few meetings round about now. I am not holding my breath though.

I am not even going to open this piece of useless non-information or crap as they say in the trade.
