What??? What sort of statement is that? "We all know we are guilty". Why bother with a justice system then. Those pesky romans and their legal system! What you or I think is right or wrong morally is not an issue. Morals are for those who believe in fairy tales. Fairy tales were constructed for children. The legal system is there to separate what is "legal" and what "is not legal. In this case "taxable" or "non taxable"(as Ian points out). In our case, the judges who are sitting are without question there as they are the most experienced and educated for that position. Should it be the case that they stick to legalities and facts they should rule in out favour. If however they decide "common sense" is now the rule of law, then clearly those pesky romans didn't know what they were doing.... Sanitation...Roads......Look on the bright side shall we???? Do do do do dooooo... -
I did that on Sunday night. Rocking myself to sleep.........

Dodoo must be given a chance as he looks like the only finisher we have. I can't think of anyone else who I would still want? We are stuck with them though!

Good, although realistically depressing, pod this week. Agree with 99% of what they said re the shambles. -
Graeme Murty will Stay in Rangers hotseat for Old Firm showdown
cooponthewing replied to ian1964's topic in Rangers Chat
Yeh, 5-4-1 for that game? Miller up front for 60 mins, then change to whoever? We need five at the back as they are too quick(or we are too slow?). Agree it dosnt matter who's in charge we need to keep it tight. -

My heart sank when I seen this. Nothing against the guy but he would never be my choice. -
Not Brentford again ffs!
-
Hearts are only 5 points behind. Sheep are effectively 7 points ahead. We have to go to ICT on Friday night. I'm going to have to start wearing pampers ffs!!
-
Firstly, you lucky bassa! Never been, I'm in my forties and it's still on the bucket list(along with the transsiberian railway). Secondly, hopefully you will have a "double dunt" celebration with us having won SCF! If we get to SCSF we should organise a few drinks pre match? I still have not met most on here?

Millwall fans invade pitch and taunt Leicester fans after 1-0 win. There is footage online if you look for it and it mimics the same shit that happened to us in SCF. English FA are straight on top of it and Millwall face a hammering. Sickening the cover up that happened at SCF and will continue. This backwater of a country is a disgrace.

On a side note Gilks has been playing exceptionally well for Wigan. Playing out his skin yesterday. Another one bombed out by MW!.

Awful! Most of them know they are on their way out, one way or another. Looks like tools have been downed. Going to cheer myself up and watch some paint dy.

Former Rangers Coach Named In Abuse Scandal
cooponthewing replied to ian1964's topic in Rangers Chat
It's a fair observation re Ted Heath. However what happens down there is another matter. It's a valid point re independence facilitating the rewriting of history and the cover ups of all these allegations that will ensue. -
Former Rangers Coach Named In Abuse Scandal

If there is an avalanche of claims about to be made public regarding the filth, then expect their media machine in full deflection mode. The truth is immaterial they will want to protect their image and public perception. As for cover ups. The evidence suggests there are those in the Catholic Church with connections to both government and mhanky fc who will never allow the real scale of this to become public knowledge. Nobody is asking for victims to be named, what is disgraceful is that it seems the perpetrators are being shielded from justice by the three bodies I have just mentioned. -
A calm, rational analysis from Richard Wilson

WTF?? This is delusion only vast amounts of LSD can muster!! Pmsl. I'm sure the term is "drug induced psychosis". -
And there goes my arse again.....

I know SBS can polarise opinion, but he is bang on with this statement imo!
-
Bearmans comments imo are not embarrassing. They represent how many fans feel. The state our club is in at the moment and the circus around us, is embarrassing. Also we do need serious investment and the only mooted taker(ok it was a rumour) has been Red Bull. The mhanks are winning the league at a canter and will do so every year unless we have a substantial cash injection. They have won a few games by the odd goal however they can step up a gear when the feel like it. Problem remains though, there is no sign of investment soon or even in the medium to long term?

It was Mark Guidi(a journalist) on Clyde. Did anyone think we would leak to Jackson?? More "leeks" than a Welsh farmer! I wouldn't be going for BF, he is all out attack too and not got anywhere near the experience.
-
On Snyde that Barry Ferguson has support in boardroom for position of head coach alongside DoF. Would normally take that with pinch of salt, however if board members leaking to Jackson then they could be leaking to anyone!
-
If we got the two of them, I could see is doubling sponsorship money etc. They are both a very marketable product to have at the club. Massive European appeal.

A good horse is hopeless without a quality jockey.
-
Me too. Won't make a difference though as they will massage whatever results to suite their bitter agenda!
-
Got to disagree GS. I'm not sure Mcleish is the answer long term but right now he's the safest option. MW had to go and would have went soon anyway. His time was up. I was also surprised when I read players had been contacting him. Their body language looked like they had chucked it with him. To me there were at least 50% who had ceased to buy into his philosophy. Time will tell as always?
