Definitely a fair and imo an extremely plausible point. Whyte being connected to Green being connected to Jabba? Like a "hooker at a stag party" they were lining up to take shots at us!!

Ignore me Darther, I'm posting on the run again. Didn't read it properly. Taxi!!

The article in the rhebel just gives them more ammunition to spout their "new club sevco" pish? Strange!

Ralston in the Record: MW on borrowed time

There is a split on the board. It also includes potential replacements (should they be required?). -

I started the access course 16 months ago. Had some time out when Jean passed. Still got four years to go as it works out five years in total as mature student. Unless you have relevant Q's for your intended course within last five years the access course is the entry point -

Not at all mate. I didn't explain myself clearly, I just can't be arsed half the time. Difficult when you are on and off a forum in between living in the library to get a coherent point across. -

That's being extremely pedantic. I'm sure you understood my point Craig. I have to explain word for word what I mean at Uni ffs(which ain't easy at my elderly age...) I'm not writing an essay on here. Additionally if we follow that lead we could pick fault in everyone's posts? Personally I'm too busy for that. I would rather understand what's being said that look for fault. The point you made I completely agree with however. -

I noticed empty seats appear at the start of the second half. They multiplied as the game went on. -

I know DW is getting a lot of stick re the defence. It occurred to me that it is quite possible that the way MW wants to play may leave any defensive advice falling on deaf ears. DW can say what he likes, pass on any comments or suggestions however it is MW that has the final say. He picks the team and chooses the tactics, yes DW can have input but thats all. I also remember there were a lot of people saying the fear of losing and fear of the manager had vanished when McCoist was in charge. There is certainly no fear of either with both DW and MW. I'm not suggesting its a vital component for a successful side, however it seems it has worked well with previous managers. Not knowing MW personally I can't say weather he still has the appetite to deal with rags like the record? Although it looks like there are directors briefing behind his back. If that is the case could anyone blame him if he were to want away? Lets be honest, with the finances we have its a glass ceiling(same for mhanks btw) so he can't take us any further. If we lost to Morton, which I don't think we will, I don't see him resigning. It would be up to the board and DK. If they feel we are on a downward spiral and they can get the man they want, its hard to see any other resolution than MW leaving to kick start the side towards Europe(hopefully). Then again we would have to pay them off which eats into any possible European money. Probably all comes back to finance. Everything comes back to the state we are in because of that fat, sweaty, horrible Jabba turd!! -

You can't say we had clear cut chances Craig. They had three gilt edge chances and only took one. Apart from that you are splitting hairs over a far bigger issue. My initial point was if people are happy with the way the side are fair enough. However I took a different view. That isn't an unbalanced opinion, quite the opposite as I try and be as objective as I can. I also take other people's point of view on board as we all have an opinion. To say my comments are "negative" "lack balance" and I'm "pissed off" is laughable!. I can also assure you my views are not "ridiculous". As someone who goes to more games than not, I try and take in what's going on. It seems as you don't share my opinion on happenings you find my comments "ridiculous"?. That's fair enough, although you may find the term "disappointing" more suited to that statement than mine. -

We should have been 3-0 down at H/T. If people are happy where we are, that's fine but don't say we are playing satisfactorily. Personally I see big problems and questions that continually need asked. We are going backwards. Our defence is abysmal. We can't score goals and our midfield is lightweight. No argument, that's where we are. We will do well to get second. Make no mistake hearts will not go quietly either. Our side looks low on, commitment, confidence and class. -

Was listening to snyde tonight and big DJ defending MW. Reckons its the players and not the manager. To a degree he has a point but the manager signs the players and the only one he has signed who plays on a regular basis is Hill. I hope Hodson stars tomorrow, we need to keep it tight in defence(no laughing at the back) and Tav is not good for anyone blood pressure at RB. We really need to get back into it again, back on the horse. We don't have to visit tynecastle again this season and I fancy us to pick up something at the sheep, so if we just get our act together we should, hopefully, be a shoe in for second. It may come down to a last game v sheep at Ibrox though? -

Ralston is one of the very few decent ones imo. -
How is it possible to double print tickets? It's not done manually. Thousands of events worldwide do if for crowds in the scores of thousands, without incident. How incompetent can a club be? Did nobody think to double check as it was a full house? I hope every fan is chasing them for travel money reimbursement on top of ticket. They should be chasing for out of pocket expenses on top of travel too.

What was the issue? Were there problems at the turnstiles etc?

We welcome Ross County this weekend but first it’s only appropriate I touch on the capitulation at Tynecastle. Last night’s games versus Hearts was, for many, the last straw. Groundhog Day for the umpteenth time. I know some will say it’s the manner of the defeat and not the score but for me it’s both. Personally I missed the match due to being held hostage by the library. However by the looks of it, it seems many of the usual suspects are appearing to ineptly perform under some sort of duress?. I can’t elaborate too much on something that I didn’t witness first hand however from the comments of those who did, it seems we are going over the same old ground that we have for a lot of the season. Lack of effort, commitment and desire from what must be the majority of the side. In addition being bullied and harassed into withering, submissive execution is something that is completely unacceptable. However rather than treating the symptom we need to find the source? What is the reason this side, who without doubt have the ability, have decided to throw in the towel periodically at first, and now whenever they feel intimidated by a side who forces the game and looks to attack them. Personally and from reading other comments on the forum I feel we have deeper problems with some again calling for the manager to step aside. What these problems are is open to speculation, however something clearly is not right. We will hope to bounce back this Saturday when we welcome the Dingwall side to Ibrox for the 3pm KO, a welcome return from the inconvenient lunchtime slot. I noticed that County are bringing around four busses with them, at least they won’t have to leave in the middle of the night! I suspect they may be looking forward to “their big day oot in the city” let’s hope this Rangers side decide not to offer to warm a welcome and at least turn up looking to give 100% for the jersey? The last meeting at the Global Energy Stadium ended with a 1-1 draw, a first half header from Clint Hill being cancelled out before half time. If memory serves me it was another defensive error leaving the opposition unmarked in the area to rifle in a header. The second half was pretty forgetful and I remember thinking we looked to have settled for a point. Arguably the signs of future capitulation down to lack of commitment and desire were beginning to become evident, as far back as November. However, a point away up in the Highland’s is not the end of the world and we left relatively content with a point. The last match at Ibrox ended 0-0 in front of over 47k fans, we will have a full house again this Saturday as on a quick inspection of the seating plan there are around 50-100 single seats left. Therefore anyone reading this deliberating over attending this Saturday, best be quick to purchase their tickets. The Transfer window has come and gone with very little movement, only Matt Gilks on the way out and Jan Alnwick from Port Vale being added as cover for Wes Foderingham. As frustrating as it is I don’t think anyone really expected much movement other than loan signings and the two we have acquired, especially Emerson Hyndman, look to be great additions to the set up. Some of the reporting in the media, as usual, has been narrative to say the least regarding our dealings. However it was pointed out by a few that some of the reporting over the like of McKay could work in our favour by highlighting the valuation of the player. I tend to agree they will print whatever they like regarding our business. We are aware that for one reason or another, the majority of their footballing loyalties lie in the East End. We will have to hope we can progress with what we have to the end of the season, starting with this weekend match. After taking on board the comments from last night we should expect at least a few changes for Saturday. Halliday needs dropped, not rested, dropped, as has been the case for weeks. Tavernier is great going forward but we all know defensively he has most of us reaching for the Vodka or Valium, some weeks it’s both!! Therefore I would like to see the return of Hodson, who in my opinion should start every week. At centre half we have a bit of a problem, I know Kiernan needs dropped too, however it seems that MW sees something most of us don’t. It may be the case he agrees but thinks Wilson and Senderos are more of a liability, and he might be right. Which brings us back to Kiernan. At Ibrox and versus County I would hope alongside Hill he will be as competent as he can be. I’m not sure any of our other options would be any better. Up front I don’t know why Waghorn started against Hearts. He is nowhere near the player he was last season and looks disinterested. He also looks at least 3 kilos overweight, which begs the question, why? If he is not starting why is he not going the extra mile in training to be noticed? Which bring us back to my initial point over commitment and a deeper problem in the ranks. Taking that on board i would like to see us start with Wes in goal with a back four of Wallace, Hill, Kiernan, and Hodson. A midfield of Toral, Holt and Hyndman with an attack of McKay, Miller and Forrester. In all honesty after last night we could put names in a hat. We will have another fantastic home support and a full house on Saturday and the side are very capable of producing a performance and victory we all know they are capable of. Many of us watch our games at the moment with head in hands or over our eyes. Some of our performances deserve to be classified 18 cert! Through all our troubles over the last 4-5 years our support and commitment to our club has never faltered and never wavered. When circumstances and outside agencies sought to destroy us every supporter stood strong in support and desire to see our great club restored to its rightful place at the top of Scottish football. Let’s get behind the team on Saturday and create another fantastic atmosphere, which we can only hope will transfer onto those on the pitch in a positive manner. I’m going to predict a powerful response from the players and a 3-0 home victory. Let’s hope it is indeed “safe to watch”? C’mon eh Bears!

Unless on of the top three win the cup it's only three places. -
Try telling an eight year old that the reason her mother is going mental is because the Record newspaper said her mother and uncle would have pushed her in front of a Police van!! If the trauma of the day wasn't enough?? Shower of pond life! Nobody should buy this newspaper, under any circumstances.
