Thomson basicly sticking the middle finger up and say “I’m not sending anyone off against Rangers so suck it up”. As Gonzo stated it’s biased beyond comprehension now. Don't expect anything next week as Beaton is the ref. The Lego muncher will be sharpening his studs in eager anticipation. We will be lucky to finish the game with just the 10 men.

Just on the way back. Another great performance from the team. Some of the football is terrific. Just a joy to watch. Tavernier was MOTM for me but I guess you have to give it to Cummings. We can win next week and in the semi final. Great football all roun. Fantastic!

DJ has been fantastic the last few weeks up and down the left. It’s a big loss as we don’t have anyone with his engine there.

Didn’t come as any surprise no matter how much I hoped they would.

If the get pumped today and we win at Ibrox in 2 weeks then we are three points behind them. That being the case 55 is most definitely on the cards. We need the sheep to get a result today first and then take care of St Johnstone on Wednesday.

The team is playing well and on a collective level they are happy with each other. That’s all that matters really. Psychologically you could have hazard or Iniesta playing there but if half the team didn’t like him the balance would be off. Onwards to Perth

The last game at the sheep he scored but he didn’t do a lot that day except that. He also scored v Hibs at Easter road so if we just look at stats you could say he has been scoring. His overall contribution versus physical sides and in games of a pressurised nature is poor. I will be happy when he looks confident and contributes much more versus better and more physical opposition.

He has still to impress me against substantial opposition in my book. Hibs, Hearts, C****c and for the most part Sheep at home he has been below expectation. Add to that his disappearance v Motherwell in semi when it got rough. If you want to champion his ability to score against what most would describe as lesser opposition, I can’t argue. He has performed exceptionally well at smaller grounds and weaker opposition.

I should have said at home GS. He retreats into his shell at Ibrox. Away from home or with less pressure or opposition he seems fine.

Great performance and result. Should have been 5 or 6 I suspect the Windass loyal will be more subdued tonight as he was his usual anonymous self. Greg Docherty would have been my MOTM but Murphy was excellent too. Everyone got more than 7/10 today (bar Windass) and a great team performance. Can we do this? 55 is it coming?
