Rodgers is somewhat like Warburton in that there appears to be no plan B. You can't go out and play Bayern as if they're Partick. And simply saying we just need to show no fear isn't a plan B.

St Johnstone v Rangers full match. There's over half an hour of prematch with the teams coming out around 37 minutes or so. The boy also removes the chat and his spot camera at the bottom left after a bit. This was the first time I have seen it and I have to say that overall I was impressed. It's a difficult place to go and evidence of that is this was their first home league defeat of the season while hubz got a 1-1 draw there and Sundays opponents Motherwell were thrashed 4-1 there. Absolutely staggering isn't it. Beckham gets a red card for this. While Stokes stays on the pitch after this? Everyone including the referee can see that Simone is throwing in a lot of play acting for what was minimal and non injurious contact but it's still retaliation and Beckham has to walk. In what other world aside from the world of Beaton would Stokes stay on the pitch after what he did.

I think that given recent results with no Miller involved it might be that we now have clear cut evidence that Kenny has reached his sell by date. He has served us well on many occasions. I bear him no ill will and would wish him the best in any future endeavours providing that's not against Rangers.

Possibly just down to increasing familiarity and the manager tinkering with position and strategy. And I still don't think we have reached potential peak performance yet. That will come in the second quarter once we hit around 15 league matches or so and that's also when Pena will begin to hit peak. Considering he has been fairly deadly recently it's mouth watering to think of what's still to come. We may become an even more high scoring team which could help to negate any recurring defensive frailties. Some of the great Man U sides under Alex Ferguson were losing a lot of goals relatively because they were such attacking sides but it didn't matter because they were consistently scoring even more.

Agreed, even when he's having a barren patch he still creates such fear in the opposition that they use up resources trying to negate him while others step into the spaces those resources leave. The fear of him is evident in the ramblings of this Motherwell buffoon Hartley. Morelos is effectively getting goals for the team even when he's not scoring. He's one of the major reasons we're currently such a high scoring side. And I don't think we're getting enough credit for that. The 'invincible' yahoos have scored just one more league goal than we have. Who would have though it after the goal dearth of last season.

I would sincerely hope we still have him after January no matter what the offer. We need him for this campaign and the same suspects plus others will return next Summer when there will be more competition for his signature creating more of a bidding war.

Strength is a part of Morelos game but only in reference to it being difficult to muscle him off the ball. He's not a dirty player and has a lot more to his game than mere strength. Last I heard he had the best shots on target ration in the league. He has a powerful shot and his shots are on target more often than not. This moron talking about fighting with him is a perfect example of what our team face in this league and get little in the way of protection from referees. Almost every team we play tries to kick us off the park. Classic example of what they'r getting away with and why they all think it's open season on Rangers players.

I suppose at the end of the day their claims are based around profile and pulling power which isn't affected by the display yesterday. I might question the rights of City and Chelsea to be in the same bracket. They have nothing like the historical claims/profile of the first two.

Need to carry this on and give Motherwell a hammering. I don't know what we have ever supposed to have done to them but for some reason their support show a great deal of spite towards our club and they think that because St Johnstone got a heap of corners they only have to turn up to beat us. Aside from the St Johnstone series of corners they imagine that because they got a result against the sheep recently they can do that to us too. No understanding that we're not the sheep and are not going to park the bus and let them just come at us at will. The likelihood is they will park the bus and hope for something on the break. We're now a high scoring side and will score and probably more than once. The defence needs to do it's job.

. I think they're largely defending well. Today they had 7 shots at goal to 13 for hubz with 2 on target to hubz 4. What's the betting they park the bus against us at Ibrox next month.

We're really rattling in the goals from all over the pitch. Only the Yahoo!'s who are allegedly unstoppable have more and that's only 1 more. Get more shutouts and we will be cruising. The sheep will slip up soon. They always do.

I think a setback is just around the corner for anybody but who else in this league wouldn't be happy with hitting a total of 7 goals in in their last two matches both away.

Two consecutive away wins at difficult venues 7 goals for 1 against. I always felt it would take 10 to 15 games before we would see the best of this team and I still don't think they have reached their peak yet. But getting there.
