January 2011 Transfer Window - Healy, Diouf and Bartley IN
H1ndy replied to stewarty's topic in Rangers Chat
player in question is a left midfielder that can play as a forward, seem him in a few games and seems a decent player but norwegian football isnt really up to par tbh. dunno where the money comming from but id take him. -
i dont think we need another striker so hopefully not , if we had any cash for players a playmaker or a winger should be priority. ive also heard Celtic are interested with their buy any player motto
-
IM not sure about this comment untill fleck plays a run of games we will never know , the odd 10-15 mins here and there are not doing the boy any good.
-
if we start like we did against motherwell i predict 4-0 ))) but if we start very slow and defensive 1-0 with a last minute goal
-
norris is spot on, we've improved as a team and i think it would be the last position we need players for we,ve already got miller, naismith, big jela, lafferty, beattie and fleck if any position we need a left midfielder and maybe a centre half

Takeover latest: Ellis & Whyte in Scotland for MIH talks
H1ndy replied to ian1964's topic in Rangers Chat
STV understands Craig Whyte and Sir David Murray have reached an agreement in principle for the potential takeover of Rangers Football Club. It is also understood Whyte will fully fund the £33 million takeover but Andrew Ellis will still be part of the deal, with a 25 per cent stake eventually being paid back to Whyte. on stv website now http://sport.stv.tv/football/scottish-premier/rangers/213958-rangers-takeover-whyte-agrees-deal-in-principle/- 74 replies

sportinglife take on it Scottish tycoon Craig Whyte has confirmed he is considering making an offer to buy Rangers. The 39-year-old businessman is in talks with Murray International Holdings regarding a proposed takeover. Whyte says talks are at an early stage and a formal offer for the Scottish champions has yet to be made. A statement released to the Stock Exchange on Thursday read: "Craig Whyte notes the articles in today's press regarding discussions between him and Murray International Holdings Limited with a view to him acquiring MIH's majority shareholding in Rangers Football Club Plc. "Mr Whyte confirms that he is considering making an offer for RFC and is in talks with MIH but that these are at an early stage and there can be no certainty that an offer will ultimately be made. "Mr Whyte has not yet approached the board of RFC. "A further statement will be made in due course."

this sums the man up... in today sun Add a comment (0) HIS Aberdeen job, going once. His legendary status at the club, going twice. His chances of managing Celtic... GONE. Mark McGhee admitted himself that he started one job with dreams of another. It's been 17 months and 59 games since he burst through the front door at Pittodrie brimming with confidence. He's now on the verge of leaving with NOTHING. McGhee talked the talk when he took over from axed Jimmy Calderwood a year past in June. He bullishly insisted he would walk the walk. Still gutted to have missed out on his dream job at Celtic, he even vowed to show the Parkhead club what they were missing. You can't say he didn't do just that.

gotta love Walter's statement in the scotsman, quality by the cardigan Asked if his players had been fired up by a sense of injustice as a result of the incident, Smith replied: "Injustice is a strong word to use, isn't it? It is hardly an injustice. The ref said he saw a foul and if he saw it, that's it. If you operate in a tabloid world, then maybe it's an injustice. No doubt we will write to the SFA to ask for an explanation. That's a joke, by the way."
-
For a team that doesnt get any desicions from refs , i make that 10 pens for them this year.
-
9-0 TAXIIIIIIII for MCGHEEEEEEEEEEee
-
8-0 now what an embarrasment, i see mcghee up to his old tricks.
-
has anyone seen him play ??? im sure he a left sided mid ? but thats all i know lol
-
i think Edu is vastly under rated. the amount of tracking back and off the ball work he does is unreal. my only gripe with him is he could release the ball alot quicker , he seems to want ages with it and in the SPhell you dont get that kind of time. i think he becoming a very good player for us and he only gonna get better imo
-
Lovely goal from naismith. never been much of a fan of naismith but he's making eat my words this season. sorry i dont think there much in that. you score an injury time winner arent you allowed to celebrate? were the hearts fans getting on nasiys back for him to celebrate like that ? or you think it was him getting caught up in the moment?
