Encouraging signings, to say the least. The question for me is, are we going to continue playing one striker at a time or has our manager discovered enough flexibility to field both of these signings and have them both scoring goals?

And then some ?

I remember thinking the same about Mark Hately

So far the Castore design work looks a big improvement to me. But the biggest plus is the improvement in quality - finally having merchandise that doesn't look like it came from a third rate backstreet sweatshop in Baghdad.

Damn right we should ........ Leverkusen 1 Rangers 3 FGS - Alfredo Morelos -
Just like say that even though Castore have sent an email saying I can expect it to be delivered tomorrow, I won't be getting the least bit upset if it doesn't arrive until the end of the week, or even next week, and I couldn't give a stuff if Sports Direct have Mike Ashley himself manning the tills due to the massive numbers of Rangers shirts they're shifting. What am I like eh?

So has anyone checked out SD to see if they actually do have the new kit in their shops?

Why don’t you hand back your ST and ask for a refund if you feel so bad about it? That’ll save you £15 every game, got to be a good deal. -

I think there were some positives but the same old hesitancy was clear once we’d taken the lead. There’s something fundamentally lacking in our footballing ethos. The last 8 years have left deep scars in the psyche of the club that only trophies with heal. -

I saw a centreback who looked like he believed in himself. Which was fairly new. -
I'd like us to be a team that can open up defences at will and be utterly clinical when scoring chances come along. When teams pack their defence I'd like a Rangers team that cuts through them like a hot knife through butter. I'd like to see us score no less than 5 goals in every game and win the league by 30 points. I'd like us to lift every trophy for the next 10 years. Sadly, we have neither the players nor the manager to make any of that happen. So until they ask me to run the club I'll go on doing what I've done for the last 50 years - hope for the best from the team we've got and that the referees don't hinder us too much.

I'd wait and see what's actually in SD shops tomorrow before reaching conclusions. Where do SD say they will have new Rangers kit on the shelf on Monday morning? Some time ago I commented on the objectives of a pre-sale and I can't be arsed repeating it but it isn't solely to provide buyers with first receipt of the product.

We played Aberdeen away. They played Hamilton at home. We certainly have problems still to be solved but they won't be defined by what happened this weekend.
-
So did Peter Van Vossen but I wouldn't want him back either
-
Well, Ian Ferguson or Stuart McCall maybe. Your other suggestion must have been humour.
-
That's a fair point. Hadn't thought about the absence of crowds like that.
-
I actually said to my son at half time that I hadn’t seen Kamara so involved in the game for a long time
-
If we go looking for problems, there’s a fair chance we’ll find them. This is the best definition of making mountains out of molehills that I’ve seen in a long time.

You know what I think about it? Who cares? Life is way too short to get stressed by things that don't matter. I'll get my order when I get it and the world will keep going round like nothing happened.
-
I think he's so far off the mark he must have been watching some other game. Our centre backs were solid and in midfield Jack and Kamara hardly put a foot wrong. Jack was a sensation last season until his injury, Kamara was dreadful in the second half of the season, but today they were back to form.

Wading through the froth over who sells what before who, I hope nothing ever happens that is actually important. Because if a couple of days on delivery of a replica shirt causes near-hysteria then there are going to be people dying of apoplexy on the pavements.
