It really is a huge week ahead - two CL play-offs either side of a tough domestic away fixture. This is what it's all about though.

I said the same thing about USG - we've beaten better and lost to worse. PSV have some good players and Dutch sides are generally good at the technical aspects of football. Being a realist doesn't need to get in the way of roaring the team on. It should be a prompt to do so. There's no doubt the home support have played a big part in recent Euro successes.

No doubt it'll be a tough match. I'm more concerned about our defensive lapses than how we'll do up front. I think we need to win tomorrow if we want to go through. Can't wait for kick off.

Normally when I have an EPL game on, I half watch it but I was fully paying attention to the Chelsea v Spurs match. Very enjoyable viewing and the icing on the cake was the double spat between the two managers. Chelsea should've won.

Michael Stewart's outfit on tonight's Sportscene is actually worse than his preposterous commentary on the AZ v Dundee game.

I'm thoroughly enjoying Manchester United's problems. Long may this continue.

I doubt if Rangers fans chuckling away on messageboards had much impact on Dundee United's performance last night. I doubt it has much impact on the TV deal either. I'm quite content enjoying other Scottish clubs getting humiliated in Europe.
