  1. Quite amusing but I think we could do with more players who get angry about things.
  2. I know pre-season matches shouldn't be taken seriously but Gerrard's overall record against non-domestic opponents really is quite incredible. Good performance today and a deserved victory against a decent side.
  3. Are these diverse paths inclusive though? That's the question. Diversification is only worthwhile when its inclusivity meets the required standard.
  4. French Masons at work, no doubt. ?
  5. Decent performance - better than expected. The ref resembled an SFA ref. Kent shouldn't have reacted like that. The new boy from Leicester looked a bit all over the place when he came on. We should've scored 3 or 4 but Lyon should've scored too.
  6. Our defence is quite solid. Our midfield is good, on a good day. Preseason friendlies are all about getting players match fit.
  7. The UK lockdown occurred two days after the German lockdown. Although I'm not quite sure what this has to do with whether Dave can use the women's bogs in the Broomloan Stand.
  8. Our predictability is our main problem. If we're going to continue with the same tactics against the same teams then we need players who can do things out of the ordinary. I doubt we can afford any more of those (Hagi is capable).
  9. Hagi was here for the second part of 2019/20. So, we've brought in a left-sided defender and that's it really. As usual with pre-season friendlies, any excitement will have ebbed away before 15 minutes is up.
  10. Arguing about Rangers playing in England reminds me of my pal, Stuart, who said he was going to pull Transvision Vamp's Wendy James, when we were in Primary 7. Slightly amusing but utterly pointless.
  11. I'll be sorry to see you go, Gaffer. We've had a couple of disagreements but you come across as a very reasonable bloke and it's always good to question authority.
  12. Who denied the existence of genuine experts?
  13. That's what some say about people who are opposed to higher taxes, Bill. Who decides who the 'experts' are? You? Boris Johnson? Nicola Sturgeon? The World Health Organisation? Lancet? Spectator?
  14. Kennedy hasn't looked outstanding whenever I've seen him. Daft haircut too.
  15. Sums up the Yahoo mindset - the Western world is on lockdown but because they can't go to the pub, they are the vicTims. ?
  16. What were they protesting about?
  17. News reports are suggesting face masks will be compulsory in shops until 2021. Will we have to wear them at football matches, if we get to attend them before the end of the year? With the constant one-sided politicising of our national sport and probable consequences (of Covid-19) in store for those who attend matches (small crowds, social distancing, hand sanitisers and reduced capacity in nearby public houses etc.), I'm starting to think now might be a good time to walk away.
  18. I can't believe some people still think Rangers playing in England is a possibility.
  19. I reckon those two words, combined with 'crimes' and 'against', will have been uttered more than once.
  20. You should probably read up on it then.
  21. Thankfully they don't. They do a nice Belhaven Best for £3.20.
  22. Pubs can fully open (with measures in place) tomorrow. Beer gardens have been open for a couple of weeks.
  23. It's also possible to support anti-racism initiatives and have nothing to do with BLM.
  24. My local had Premier Sports prior to lockdown, so will check if they're showing it. It'll be good to watch Rangers again. Hopefully Gerrard has realised Hagi should be played centrally.
  25. The wages of these footballers will take a fair old hit. ?
