  1. Good to see Helander on the bench.
  2. When Lawwell and his puppets have figured out the best way to present it.
  3. The market values players. The same market that tells us what our political opinions should be.
  4. Katic and Helander are injured. Gerrard mentioned Mayo going out on loan. Bassey doesn't look ready and McCrorie is also weak in central defence. Wouldn't surprise me if we're bringing in another CD, as cover.
  5. I'm not sure our board would take advantage.
  6. I reckon it'll be Monday before the decision is made public. The longer things are delayed, the less pressure there'll be for changes at the top of our game. I wonder if our board will stick to their statement guns...
  7. This will probably result in a red card for Morelos, if Dundee can get their vote into the regular mailbox, rather than the spam folder.
  8. Considering the behaviour of Morelos and Leigh Griffiths on and off the park, anyone would think Griffiths would be the easy pantomime villain for the press. Both are prone to tantrums and immature acts on the park, as well as being good footballers. Off the park, Alfie is married with a kid and does unbelievable charity work with impoverished people in his native land. Off the park, Griffiths is a gambler, a convicted racist, has several kids with several mothers and is an all-round degenerate. ?
  9. After our three (televised) pre-season matches, I'm looking forward to this one on Saturday. Will we see a similar starting line-up, resembling our first XI? Will Morelos get off the mark? Will Kent, Barisic and Hagi continue their good form? I hope so (to all three). When I think of Coventry City, the first thing that always springs to mind is the 1987 FA Cup Final and in particular, Cyrille Regis. More recently they've had plenty of problems, including having no ground and Steven Pressley. Their 2 Tone tribute strip a year or so ago was rather fetching. No injuries, another clean sheet and a few goals would be good.
  10. Janey, pictured yesterday...
  11. Is there any way I can unsee that? I quite enjoyed Dougray Scott's character in Twin Town (he wore a 1970s Rangers shirt in the scene where he was killed...because he hates Rangers). The line, "Get oot ma way, ya Welsh b@stards!", was inspiring.
  12. Bassey looked a bit all over the place again. If Hagi is used correctly, I could see him becoming a huge asset for Rangers.
  13. Poor show - should have reached double figures tonight. It'd also be good if we could arrange pre-season games against teams not intent on injuring our players. Aribo was great. Kent's finish was terrific. Motherwell's defence was shite. Steve Davis was rubbish.
  14. I think a more important question would be: If The SPFL hierarchy remains the same are Robertson and the Rangers board going to do anything about it or are they only going to be confrontational with their own supporters and let scummy bastards* get away with ruining our national sport? *Lawwell, Doncaster & co.
  15. Never mind.
  16. Castore have stated the merchandise will be similar to current market prices.
  17. Stewart Robson and the players get to decide all the big issues regarding Rangers. I have written to Robertson, Jamie Murphy and Glen Kamara to obtain a definitive answer as to how we should refer to the club.
  18. Bill, your posts remind me of that colleague of Stewart Robertson's who described him as 'non-confrontational'.
  19. I know. That's why I'll continue to support Rangers, rather than writing pointless letters.
  20. I don't have to. I'll be back at Ibrox soon enough. I know that. Bill told me to opt for a petrol lawnmower and that went tits up.
  21. Are you and Stewart Robertson going to stop everyone who questions the players taking the knee from entering Ibrox Stadium?
  22. Don't be silly. The club treat fans like shit at the best of times and I have little interest in the political interests of footballers. Charming.
  23. I tend to ignore people who use these words regularly.
  24. Politics. Noun. 1. The activities associated with the governance of a country or area, especially the debate between parties having power. 2. Activities aimed at improving someone's status or increasing power within an organization.
