I'm of the opinion we need to win every league match and all else is a bonus. Popcorn teeth's yahoo side won't win both cups - no chance.

Bit late for that. But I agree we need to start winning trophies.

I'd play a second string side. We have priorities - the league and to a lesser extent Europe - this cup is an irrelevance this season (don't get me wrong, I love it when we win trebles).

If I could pick a time for players to lose concentration it'd be when we're 5 goals ahead in a European double header. A bloke in the pub after the match was having a right moan about our second half performance...and I thought I was a miserable sod!

I also voted for Morelos. He was a nightmare for their their defence and took his chance with aplomb.

He looks a good signing and great value for money but we have a tendency to get ahead of ourselves at times. Let's wait until mid-season, at least, before boasting about this acquisition.

I'm really looking forward to attending Ibrox tomorrow. I think, given the results this week, we'll all be in good spirits and the main thing is the players start in the right frame of mind. Midtyjlland have some good attacking players, who will enjoy the big pitch.

I'm finding it hard to stay interested. The all-English aspect certainly takes any intrigue out of it.

Does anyone else think Edmundson would make a cracking DM? I know Jack and Kamara are our main two in that area but whenever I see a CB who looks a good footballer but is prone to errors, I think they'd be good at DM. A bit like David Luis.
