I don't really disagree with you there. They are, more or less, an Ultra group though, so the marches, generic songs and covering up of faces will inevitably continue because these things are part of that whole scene.

I recall some pretty drab atmospheres during easy matches throughout 9 In A Row, so I'm not sure that's entirely true. We only get 'up' for big/important matches. The UBs sing non-stop. Some of their songs are crap but their effort is unwavering. They are setting up a card display on Saturday night. 32,000 seats will have cards apparently.

They are the only ones creating the atmosphere at the vast majority of home matches though.

People are fully entitled to dislike the faces covered, smoke bomb factors. I don't particularly like the former. I don't like the megaphone, drums or generic ultra chants either. I witnessed, close at hand, the march prior to the last derby match and there were quite a lot of kids and girls there, so for a grown man to suggest it's intimidating or scary is just laughable.

I thought he was okay last night but Ejira gives the ball away too much. He just seems a bit clumsy and doesn't make decisions quickly enough. The two lads Gerrard brought up from Liverpool are least impressive additions he has made, in my opinion.

It's the union Bears who are organising it. An Ultra group. I hear the word diversity enough these days. Yawn. I'm sure any Bear who wants to join the march will be welcome. Take your rainbow and SNP flags along if you want to demonstrate diversity.

I'm just thankful I made sure I had some beers in the fridge. I'm a wee bit shocked at how enjoyable that was. Very little to criticise at all. Great performance, great atmosphere and a very good result.
