  1. That doesn't take much, to be fair. They wake up thinking about Rangers.
  2. Murty has overseen some very good results and some very bad ones. The players seem to like him. I just want a successful Rangers and still harbour doubts about him. I expected about 2 points from the games against the sheep and Hibs, so I'm not a critic....I'm just not getting carried away.
  3. I'd hope so, Pete. I have only ever been off for more than a week once in my life, so have never paid much attention to how all that works.
  4. I'm not up on that side of things, Pete. My view is that Rossiter being out all the time is bad news for Rangers and bad news for the player. An all-round bad situation.
  5. Murty can't beat Dundee away on two attempts. His side lost 2-0 at home to Hamilton. I'd refrain from getting too excited.
  6. You make it sound like he's intentionally ripping off the club. I seriously doubt that. Cut him some slack.
  7. He's nearly as ugly as Neil Lennon and John McGinn. They all look, funnily enough, like deformed potatoes. I hope McClean dies a horrible death.
  8. Richer Than God by City fan and Guardian writer, David Conn, is a very good book about City through the years. However, in all honesty, it made me want to pack football in completely. Football is no longer what it was meant to be. Kids in Scotland wearing Barcelona and Chelsea tops tells you all you need to know. I used to be a City fan but have totally lost interest in the past few years.
  9. The lad obviously has an underlying issue. I'm always up for a laugh but posts like this about a Rangers player are quite unpleasant. I'm sure he wants to play football.
  10. I have finally given up on Rossiter ever featuring for any length of time. Shame but just one of those things.
  11. Coming from behind twice has been invigorating (double entendre fully intended). We used to give up as soon as we conceded a goal under PC.
  12. Agreed. Let's keep calm and see what tomorrow brings before we start claiming he's our saviour.
  13. My mate (a Bear) told me he was 20 while we watched the match the other night. At 24, he should know better.
  14. His grandpa played for the yahoos, which is a black mark against him.
  15. Great work, as always. Particularly heart-warming at this time of year.
  16. I still think a creative midfielder and a left winger are essential if we want to improve. If Pena isn't ever going to become a first team pick then we're seriously lacking a player who can make things happen.
  17. That's never good to hear. Hopefully he's back in the team early next year.
  18. I think the more fit and athletic a person is, the more likely to sustain long term injuries they are. Footballers are built like proper athletes now, whereas going back 20-30 years you had skinny and fairly chunky blokes all over the pitch.
  19. Barjonas showed up quite well against arguably the best midfield in Scotland last night.
  20. He's still young, so hopefully he'll learn from his mistakes.
  21. We scored two good goals, worked hard and showed determination to win. That's not rubbish.
  22. We won. Let them whine and stamp their feet all they want...it actually makes it more enjoyable, as far as I'm concerned.
  23. We won. That's the priority. And we did so with several first team players missing. We didn't play particularly well but we showed guts and that's something that has been lacking for a few years.
  24. How good was Morelos' goal celebration? Must say, I thought it was perfect..."Sit down ya Hobo tramps!".
  25. I am glad the Scottish press are unable to contain their hatred for us. I was glad when I saw the replay of the handball incident and it did indeed hit Bates' arm. I love winning with dodgy decisions going our way - the frothing at the mouth of those who hate us fills me with joy. Long may it continue. I thought the substitution of Bates for Barjonas last night was very canny and paid off. Hibs didn't look as dangerous in the last 15 minutes of the match. A thumbs up for Barjonas last night too - he did well and never hid.
