  1. I'd've thought a centre half was what's needed myself. Link: http://home.skysports.com/list.aspx?hlid=424110&CPID=24&clid=427&lid=2&title=Le+Guen+looks+at+Lyon+old+boy
  2. Normally I'd agree with F.T. [we think along the same lines on most matters Mhank], but Real Radio can still be saved. They tried a coupla times to lead David Edgar into minefields but seriously underestimated his debating abilities. The fact they're gonny have him on again, shows all isn't lost with them. Clyde don't even try to hide what they're about. I wouldny even listen to them for the scores.
  3. ONE arrest at Love Street yesterday. An auld guy who had too much to drink taken into care for his own protection. Bet there were more locked up at Porkheid on Saturday................and I'll also bet there is NO chance the Press will make any comment.
  4. Gus McPherson making a big deal about the awarding of the free-kick that Charlie Adam scored from. What did he have to say about the St Mirren penalty award ? Hee-haw.
  5. Let me say straight away, I like Novo as a player, but can anybody deny that since about 7 games before he scored [the fortunate] winner on 'Helicopter Sunday' until the Livorno game, any time he played he was garbage ? Pearson is another matter. He IS garbage. Link : http://www.eveningtimes.co.uk/hi/sport/6029243.html Why drag PLG or 'squad rotation' into the debate ? FFS ! They canny give us credit for ANYTHING.
  6. Sproule looks very good against garbage defences [like we've had recently], but I canny see anything from him that would improve our team.
  7. Agreed.............to a certain extent Craig. But maybe I still think we need a luxury somewhere in a team. Our problem recently was that we had too many passangers. When everything 'clicks' and they're all playing well, Buffel will come to the fore. I've no doubt.
  8. I wouldn't sell him. He's a fantastic ball player. He canny tackle, but then neither could Tommy McLean and some Bears still bemoan the fact he's gone. He ain't suited to the Scottish game when it comes down to the midfield kicking matches but then he doesn't have an Iain Ferguson to do his fighting for him.
  9. ................but what else would you expect from Queersy ? What I picked out from this [and other articles elsewhere following the Livorno game] was that the guys in the squad are desperate for things to come good. It was probably unfortunate that there was a break after the Sheepy game because it halted what little momentum they'd built up. I still have no doubt that things ain't as bad as has been posted elsewhere.
  10. That's good to hear Craig. For the record. I'm no really bothered who's in charge as long as they're helping Rangers be at their rightful place in football. I don't think that's happening at the moment [but that's for another thread].
  11. Looks like Livorno has put a bit of spirit back into the squad. Link : http://www.theherald.co.uk/sport/72641.html
  12. Link izny working Frankie. I can't make it..............nightshift.
  13. As I said bud...................a shot-stopper. No more. and I go back to 1960 watching keepers.
  14. I'll be perfectly honest here.......... I never, ever rated Klos as a keeper. A shot-stopper yes. But a keeper has to do a whole lot more than that to be a success imo.
  15. I don't think any 'sensible' Rangers fan would say that Paul LeGuen was 'a dick'. His record would dispute that allegation. He maybe underestimated the job he took on [ and certainly underestimated Scottish football] but, I still have faith in him. He'll get it right. I'll say NOTHING on Murrays financial details with Rangers...............simply because I've been banned from other forums by talking about it and was more or less left with the horrendous prospect of going on to Mhank boards to discuss my Club. Some Boards don't like folks stepping out from the party line. Rangers [as a Club and as a team] will ALWAYS have my support.
  16. He's not in the managers "plans". Link : http://www.fansfc.com/frontpage/frontpagenews.asp?newsid=158700 I wonder why.
  17. If you could do that one on Sunday bud, I'd be an extremely happy Bear.
  18. If we stay in the Scottish Premier, I'll be happy. :D
  19. Ricksen being out improves the team. I never, at any time, rated him in the slightest.

  21. One thing I can guarantee.............. there is absolutely NO WAY we will be playing Novo, Prso and Boyd on the field at the same time during a match in Italy.
  22. ............and just at that time, the truth emerges. Link : http://home.skysports.com/list.aspx?hlid=422554&CPID=21&clid=120&lid=2&title=Rino+backtracks+over+Gers He's ending his career at A.C.
