And so it begins...EBTs

Recommended Posts

Does it really matter if Celtic did it for 1 season? To be honest I am more concerned about what is happening to Rangers at the moment. Rangers need to sort themselves out first and foremost. Once we have done that then we can hold all these people to the same standard that they have held us too. But only then...

]We absolutely must not agree to waive the right to challenge the SFA's decision on this - The Court of Arbitration for Sport must be kept as an option at least.

Otherwise we're going to be handed the harshest punishment ever in the history of football for something that is a long way off being the severest infringement of rules.

We shall go on to the end, we shall fight in France,

we shall fight on the seas and oceans,

we shall fight with growing confidence and growing strength in the air, we shall defend our Island, whatever the cost may be,

we shall fight on the beaches,

we shall fight on the landing grounds,

we shall fight in the fields and in the streets,

we shall fight in the hills;

we shall never surrender,

The time has come to draw a line in the sand and say NO MORE.

I think it is time we heard from someone at the club.

What are the conditions for us to have our membership transferred by the SFA?

1. Obviously the "fit and proper person" criteria.

2. The transfer ban.

3. What else? Are the EBT's and these ridiculous punishments part of it? No trial, decision already taken etc etc.

If it is "only 1 and 2 do we accept it, get in, then fight the EBT thing?

If it is all of them we are goosed. If we choose to fight it we won't get in, the place will go to someone else. If we say the conditions are not accepable I cannot see us being able to play anywhere else while there are still "outstanding punishments" with the SFA.

These things always matter as again this is all about Celtic and they are trying to steal Rangers' trophies. They are doing this by claiming some heinous crime committed by Rangers so it is incredibly important to highlight to the world that they are guilty of that same said crime.

I completely agree. I just don't think Rangers should base any defence on saying that sort of thing. I think we should sort our own problems out first then challenge the SFA to hold everybody else to the same standards. If they don't then we should sue them into oblivion as it would show blatant bias.
