I mean that I believe another party will purchase enough shares over the interim period to take effective control of the club (say around 25-33%). WS has stated before that he didn't want to be chairman - he may not have the business skills required for the post. However, I think we can all be confident that he will always try & do what is best for RFC. Will he now be more hands-on than before??? The BIG positive is that the fan base trust Walter, so hopefully we will see some much needed stability within the boardroom.
