Come on Rangers! #GersOnTour '2 - Early pressure #swfc as Madine was up highest to win a header, but it sailed wide of the post with Gallacher in control (correction) '5 - The game being played at a very high tempo in the early stages of the match. Looks like Cribari might have taken a knock. 0:0 '7 - Cribari is back on. #swfc breaking at speed again & Johnson lashing a shot low, but it was held by Gallacher (it's definitely him) '11 - Excellent running by Antonio straight at Wallace, but the left back was up to the challenge & blocked for a corner. '12 - GOAL: Corner whipped into the box & Antonio with a volley into the ground bouncing into the roof of the net. @swfc 1:0 @RFC_Official '14 - #Rangers springing into life straight away and getting up the park. Some excellent interchange leading to a foul on the right. '14 - #Rangers free kick into the back of the box, but cleared. Whipped over to the right again but #swfc manage to clear the danger. '18 - #Rangers doing well breaking forward again through Macleod with a good threaded ball, but it was just too close to Kirkland. '22 - #swfc looking dangerous every time that they come forward, attacking with real pace and leading by a single goal. Atmosphere electric! '26 - Daly working really hard to close the keeper down in his box. Ball breaking to Law, who fed it to Little, he couldn't return to Law. '31 - #swfc substitute Kirkland for Davies. Players from both sides take the opportunity to take on water on the sidelines. '32 - Great stuff in midfield! McAusland turning & feeding Black who clipped one over the defence with Law sprinting onto it. Just too long. '38 - Law grabbing the game by the scruff of the neck and driving forward, spreading wide to McAusland who crossed; cleared by the defence. '42 - Good stuff from #Rangers at the end of the half, chasing every ball and closing down really well. Fitness is really showing! More likely trying out a team for the cup match on Sunday, and for the league starting... '45 - We're under way for the second half at Hillsborough Stadium. Come on #Rangers! '46 - Great chasing by Macleod early, stealing the ball from the defender and passing to McAusland, but his ball was cleared inside the box. '51 - Well worked by #swfc at the edge of the box, making room for Johnson who got away a crisp shot low but it was held by Gallacher. '54 - #swfc with another chance from the edge of the box, with Antonio letting rip with a shot down low. Gallacher up to the test again. '57 - Best chance of the second half for #Rangers as Macleod fed Law through into the box; he twisted and turned but his shot was wide. '58 - Good work again from #Rangers coming forward as Law gave the ball to Little; his low shot stung the palms of Davies in goal. 1:0 #swfc '61 - So close! Little doing really well, receiving the ball with his back to goal, creating a yard of space & shooting just inches wide. '62 - SUB: Cribari, Little and McCulloch all off and replaced by Clark, Mohsni and Foster. '63 - Good chance for #swfc as a low cross from the #Rangers left was met by the toe of Johnson in the six yard box, deflected over. '65 - Great chance Clark! Ball curled along the floor with pace from the right, met by the boot of Clark, but he couldn't clip it goalward. '69 - Patient play #Rangers. The ball dropping to Macleod thirty yards out & he rattled a shot, parried by the keeper, Mohsni over the bar! '71 - SUB: McAusland, Macleod and Wallace off, replaced by Peralta, Smith and Crawford. #swfc still lead by a single goal at Hillsborough. '78 - Steven Smith with a free kick on the right hand side, whipped into the danger area, but the defence was up ahead of Mohsni. '79 - #swfc attacking at pace again and threading a ball inside of Foster, but Mohsni was there to cover and clear. Good defending. '83 - Training ground free kick from #Rangers very unlucky. Daly peeling off his marker, arching his run to the back, but his header saved.
