Rangers must have friends in the media - Would it not be possible to just get a well respected journalist to ask these questions of the directors or the CEO? But in the proper forum i.e. a newspaper or television interview or even a shareholder standing up at the AGM and asking.

One way or another we'd get an answer if they lied and said it was all hunky dory and turned out it not to be the case surely they are committing a fraudulent act? In terms of their duty to shareholders

You really think Toxic would endanger his share of the filthy lucre by agreeing to that?

Perhaps not the first part, but is a shareholder not entitled to stand up and ask a question at the AGM?

Indeed they are but a straight answer to a straight question won't be forthcoming, they'll play the "commercially confidential information" card with gusto, throwing out the odd "Stock Market regulations prevent us" excuse too.

Can we not simply ask if say for example this blog from Leggo is true without revealing anything, it'd be a simple yes or no and would it not then cancel out the stock market regulations bit as well because do they not need to declare this in the accounts?

Can we not just ask Leggo or the well known source to prove it, as it is them making the accusations, maybe it could be leaked to a twitter feed or everyone s favourite journo.

Did your forum not publish an article on the main website covered in rumours without them being substantiated the other day?

The simple answer is no, it didn't. If you read 26th of foot's piece it should be obvious that it was written from his own personal experience and memories.
