If 5k were to put their money into this trust.....could the club simply say "F**k em' we've got plenty more folk willing to take up your tickets", and sell them regardless. I would say that there needs to be agreement from the club that any renewing ticket holder will have their renewal honoured. But for non-disabled seats there are plenty of seats available in virtually all areas if people wanted ST's.
