There is NOTHING wrong with taking a manager from Derby. I would say it's not the fact we are getting worse. It's maybe the fact the championship is getting bigger and it is in the top 5 richest leagues in europe. Butcher would bring passion and knows what the club is about but does he have the experience? Personally I wouldn't mind a managemtn team, even if it's just to stabilise the club for six months.
