These are subjective accounting and auditing considerations that could have led to adjustments to the accounts. This sentence is critical

 

The financial statements do not include the adjustments that would result if the Company was unable to continue as a going concern.

 

It is obvious that this has been subject to debate and it is possible that that debate led to a delay in the accounts being published.
