What UEFA rules is he breaching? Why did the SFA introduce this ownership rule ? It makes no sense as there are examples of multi ownerships of clubs in Europe. the gunslinger 3,366 Posted December 24, 2014 Share Posted December 24, 2014 (edited) Obviously many do not understand the structure of UEFA or its clear ruling on dual ownership, which of course the SFA are in direct breach of, as I recall the SFA were also warned of serious sanctions by FIFA/UEFA over the outcome of the transfer embargo affair. yes they were because they allowed a member club to take them to court without sanction. another reason why your clutching at straws wont work.
