ACD stated on RM that it was unanimous amongst the majority of the Board who replied to the relevant email.

 

I took that to mean that at least 6 of the 11 had replied and all 6 or however many it was were in favour of the Motion?

 

I wouldn't disagree with her remarks.

So some members of RFB did not respond to the email asking for a vote of no confidence(or otherwise), that is incredible. Are these people aware of what is happening at our club?

 

Lets not jump to conclusions their may be some with legitimate reasons not to answer.
