RANGERRAB 3,258 Posted June 13, 2015 Share Posted June 13, 2015 (edited) Whoever the new manager is, one of his first tasks, as well as recruiting players, will be to tell a number of the first team squad he will have inherited that they are not part of his plans & they should find a new club. He signed the players and had a budget to work with. If we had spent the cash on players that generated us profits (an alien concept for us), we wouldn't be having this conversation. He may not have personally negotiated Ian Black's contract, but he decided to sign him and on that salary. Unfortunately really very few players in my lifetime have ever been sold for profits.
