They are light years apart in terms of vision, planning, organisation, structure and future performance. McCall had quite a bit more experience than McInnes and look where that got us. Both McCall and McInnes have similar track records of bombing in England and looking fairly decent in a very poor league. And advocatt from 2nd to 2nd or 3rd I'm not asking anyone to say he should be first choice over Warburton. When did Advocaat take us to third? It's also hugely relevant and important to note what Warburton did in his build up for approx 10 years befor his Brentford days.
