Senderos is dragging on and that's never a good sign. Silence coming out of Ibrox is never a bad thing, deals tend to get done on the quiet. I would imagine MW has a few loan deals up his sleeve.

Well if the manager really is now trying to tie up this deal he has obviously decided that Senderos is better than anything we currently have and that nothing better is likely to come along before the window closes.

 

if all that be the case it makes sense to get it tied up as quickly as possible because we're quickly running out of opportunities to get him some pitch time before September 10th. As has been mentioned in other threads they have a greater need to win that match than we do. Even a draw for them on their own patch is a win for us and a crisis for them.

Warburton, Weir and McParland don't do panic signings. Take a look at how many forums etc are saying "why is it taking so long"? Is it a panic signing or MW taking too long? The guy can't win.

This September thing is getting pretty monotonous,there is a full season ahead to think about, although it is great to beat the manky mob it is not an all to end all at this stage,the bigger picture is more important.
