Looks like our new focus is on finding the next Steven Naismith, not the old one, and that suits me.

 

Buying pedigree players for the main positions is beyond us without straying into the ‘past it’ bargain bin. So the only solution for me is to bring our own through or buy prospects like Naismith once was.

Some murmurs that tomorrow's Sun will link Forest with a move for Foderingham. That's another of our better players linked away just ahead of an Old Firm game. Not bad ...

 

Players can play better if they think they are attracting attention - it can go either way.

Naisy is moving back up here and wants to come to us for no fee and low wages. His alternate is Killie. I'd take him back in a heartbeat if it's low wages. No brainer

 

But don't expect the same player who left in 2012
