Timing is instinctive.  I'm not sure how effective training would be.

Timing is about practice and judgement. Not instinct.

Agree I played darts for years and was crap when I started and ended up the East of Holland Champion and Captain of the East of Holland team. I just practised hours on end. Timing of release comes with practice.

Fair enough.  I played tennis as a kid and timing is hugely important ...I always felt timing to be something you either have or don't have.  My brother is a (very good) drummer and I'm rubbish on the drums, which probably also affected my viewpoint.

I will agree that some people will never get that timing no matter how hard they try and some people have a natural talent but in general practice makes perfect.

Makes sense.  It was really an assumption on my part and I'm quite happy to be proven wrong.

I'd love Morelos to have a great season.  He's capable and hopefully any deficiencies can be improved upon.

Practice makes perfect but not necessarily good.  If you practice constantly with poor techniques or inaccurate techniques then all you actually get is practice makes perfectly bad.

its not about solely the practice but very much so the quality.
