Cardiff have a basement lookabout them. Wolves need to win to avoid sliding down to join them. Pass over Saturday’s non-events to the big Derby day. Everton must beat Liverpool eventually. Chelsea must win for themselves and for Liverpool. I hope they don’t. Sixty + years ago Newcastle v Wolves would have been match of the day. Leaving Ashley out of it I like the Mags to prosper but I would really like Wolves to stay up so I hope they win. Perhaps the chasing around will exhaust Chelsea and City can scre a couple in the last twenty minutes. And suddenly an old fashioned hoof up the wing leads to a goal. Show Biz 1, Sheikhs’ XI 0.
