If he doesn't screw the nut no one will want to buy him anyway. buster. 4,808 Posted August 30, 2018 Share Posted August 30, 2018 I said after the Aberdeen game that SG had a decision to make regards whether he could trust Alfredo and if he thought it better to look elsewhere, he could take advantage that the window was open. Despite the goals, the problem remains but the window is very nearly shut. So it looks like we'll have to go with him until at least January. Morelos really needs to sort himself out and cut out the petulance. There will only be so much that he'll take of the immature, petulant and selfish behaviour given that he has been talking up Morelos publicly. Privately though, if it were me, I'd be tempted to fine him a week's wages but he probably won't because he played his part in getting us to the play-off round. Other than that the only thing he can do, short of transfer listing him or making it known that he's for sale, is to drop him. Before Lafferty signed that would have been a self-defeating mechanism but not now that big Kyle is available. It wouldn't surprise me if Stevie is on the blower to José Pékerman during the international break to ask him to help in getting the boy to grow up a bit by cutting out the stupidity in his persona.
