Very enjoyable afternoon apart from the insane polar conditions!! Not at our best and still strolled it. Davis is a class act all round tbh.

I took my kid to Liverpool v Brighton yesterday and it was so cold I couldn’t concentrate on the game ?

Ultimately, yes, you're correct.

It was more of the 'potential of the threat' in the end.

The Gaffer should have made McGregor his first substitution as he was in danger of frostbite/hypothermia?

Surprisingly easy afternoon. We strolled it. Don’t think I remember MacGregor making a single save all game.

Onwards to Wednesday night which I think will be much more difficult. We can’t afford to drop any points .

Precisely. While today was great I would trade one or two of today's goals for a winning goal against the Sheep. That's where we came unstuck last season. There were games where we feasted on a hat full of goals but too often it was famine when it came to those scum. Get out of there with 3 points Rangers. That's all that matters.

An almost humiliating for Hearts demonstration of the depth of quality in the squad was illustrated by the dropping of Ryan Jack. Arguably our best midfielder. But then, it's only Hearts. Give him a rest. ?
