The Board Address Fan Concerns

The fans won't really care if the team is winning.

That's a big part of it.  When we have a successful team, no one mentions the board.

Our first XI being largely the same as it has been for the past three years is a problem and supporters aren't sure where to point fingers.

Damned if they do, damned if they don't.

It was ever thus. The one useful thing I've learned over a considerable period supporting Rangers is not to be too easily panicked and to try to avoid knee-jerk reactions to adversity. There's never a shortage of fans willing to do that for you.

I like that the board are finally reaching out.

Hopefully they can do this more often.

The same thing happens all of the time.

Somebody is crying about something online. The club sends out a silly survey or does a focus group. The club commits to improve communication.

Even if the club improved communication in some relevant way it wouldn't matter. Somebody would start crying about something else online and the same process would start again.

Has it ever been outlined what the ROI is for rebuilding Edmiston House -  Just wondering how we can justify what will likely be a large spend on what will essentially be a revenue stream of sorts but at what volume and will it result in investment in the first team over the longer term? If it doesn't then it seems like we are spending on a luxury we don't particularly need right now.

Perhaps a communications officer who can take in questions and have board members address those at meetings.

The responses would be tallied and then released to the public.

This sounds like a waste of time to me.

I think I will start to email the club and recommend that all supporter feedback should be ignored.

The risk of stuff like this being implemented is too great.

It will boost turnover and make FFP easier certainly.
