Ross Wilson can have a list as long as Paisley Road West but nobody has answered or came up with a solution as to how we get them in the door, or how we get Gio out the door.

You're asking way too much from people. No one knows all the details, it's not our job to bring someone in, that's the job of a successful board.

If thats true (and it might be) then its also pointless squeeling for change.

We don't know what the board are thinking, we don't know the ins and outs of managers contract, we don't know the extent of the gap in finances (soon will come AGM and accounts being released).

Easy shouting for change but sometimes there are reasons that change can't be made (at this point in time).

Youre 100% correct, the board are responsible for bringing in the best they can entice in all areas, something they should be held accountable for.

However, Gio get us to CL bringing in cash, Ross Wilson has brought in untold millions from sale of Aribo, Bassey and Patterson.

Maybe, just maybe, they are delivering on what targets the board have set them.

We'll never know because the communication from bars to fans as as bad, if not worse than the performances on the park.

Spot on, we have very little knowledge of the clubs financial situation and it's not our job to think of a solution. However a solution must be found before we set ourselves back 5 years. Wilson needs to find such a solution as that's his job and the board's job to approve it. And it's also the boards job to sack Wilson if he isn't doing his job. Now go get in done.

It's not pointless "squeeling" for change. It's reality hitting. You can stick with Gio if you want, but he's not working and he's not going to work - if that's what you think is best then thumbs up mate but it's settling for second.

I've never said we stick with Gio. I just understand the difficulties of getting rid of him and that changing the manger after every bad run or results isn't always the only option.

I realise that it's a huge gamble when chaging manager and selecting the best alternative doesn't happen overnight, work has to be done, financial packages have to be put in place (hoping that there is se spare cash behind the sofa isn't gonna cut it).

I've said for a while, this board isn't fit for purpose so changing manager isn't gonna suddenly release millions required to overhaul an aging and underachieving squad.

Changing manager isn't gonna get the 8 players out injured back any quicker..

Any new manager worth their salt will want (at least) their own backroom staff and new players.

If the board are to believed we're bot in a position to offer this.

Oh, and I certainly will never settle for 2nd best

So with little knowledge of the clubs financially position you want the board to sack Gio and or Wilson, and bring in replacements? What with? Magic beans?

But you are getting closer to where the real problems lie.

Do you have more knowledge?  How do you know that we cannot afford to replace Gio or both Gio and Wilson? Or maybe the question should be, can the board afford NOT to replace them?

I have no more knowledge than you or any other Rangers fan. I can only use the (little) information the board release to us.

There were a glut of interviews a few weeks ago where they unformed us that we didn't have millions in the bank (the day after UEFA had deposited circa £14M) into our bank account.

We'll know sooner rather than later if we do have spare cash to throw around once the accounts are published.

In my view, we are either using all the money we have to make the ballance sheet look attractive for a sale / takeover, or we are well and truly skint.

Worrying either way.
