Imagine if he did that, admitted he wasn’t good enough and was walking so the club didn’t need to waste money paying him off and could put that instead, towards his replacement and some signings.

If people on the park don't do their job properly, why would Gio's head fall?

 

Tav was an utter failure today, his goal can't paper over that. And up front, ill-luck aside, we continue with an attacker that doesn't produce, time and again.

Like it or not, if Gio can't get the players playing for him then he has to go. What's the point in keeping a manger if he can't motivate the team? He has to go.

Gio can't motivate the players it seems. Utter bull IMO.

A manager's job is to ensure players perform as well as they can. GvB clearly isn't doing that.

I'm simply inferring the board won't sack him! so we are stuck with him for now
