The Rangers Brand - what does it stand for?

Recommended Posts

I say this in jest but the politicians have that old saying, back to basics so we could always rebrand the club by getting rid of the Catholics and make it a Presbyterian club only I wonder what the media would say to that 🤣

I often hear fans discussing the Rangers identity - what the club stands for – and I find myself wondering what values, if any, the club actually does represent. What exactly is the Rangers brand?.

Tradition, Loyalty, Family, Caring, Pride

Yes I did but only you said he sucked and I've still no idea why.

We are starting to dance upon pins.

Would you not agree that OVERALL his experience with Rangers was poor?

His overall impressions, did not meet expectations, thus creating a bit of hard feelings?

Yes?

Can we agree on that portion?

I will assume so.

All I am saying is that negative experience was used as a driver by him.

As a result of that negativity, married with many other aspects of his life, helped meld, mold, and create a driven man.

So, at the end of the day, Rangers, whether good, bad, or indifferent played a positive role in his success.

He was NOT ultimately successful by HIS measure at Rangers.

This pushed him.

So I don't see it as a net negative.

That's all i am saying.

Ferguson was a really good centre forward when he played for Dunfermline. I saw him in a match against some team that a year or so later went on to win a trophy abroad somewhere. Ferguson terrorised their defence that day and I was elated when Rangers bought him for £60,000 but overall I was disappointed with him at Ibrox. Colin Stein on the other hand ……

The League Cup defeat wasn’t Ferguson’s fault. You can’t blame your centre forward for a defensive error.
