Supporters appreciate being told the truth. They can take on board narratives which might later be used to rationalise hard times. Obviously that doesn't cover everyone.

Straight up fairy story.

An example being the arrival of Gerrard and 'Stop the 10', which gave him three years.....opposed to Warburton's first attempt at the top flight being widely associated with 55.

Why are you mentioning these things?

It is completely unclear how either one supports your argument.

I said... If Michael Beale and the board are on the very same page regards direction of travel, then it has a better chance of working.

The conversations before the contract was signed would have been in part abut trying to make sure both parties understood each other and were in general broad agreement about the way forward.

Basic but important.

It is not clear why you are mentioning this at all.

Importance is some way off.

Do you have any reason to think that the manager is not aligned to the board? The answer is no because he has only just been appointed. You normally have zero data points to support your argument. In this case it is almost impossible for any such data point to exist.

Just admit that your talking point is a product of your fevered imagination.

What is abundantly clear is that you are a waste of time to engage with.

Let’s imagine your in the manager’s job who would you get rid of

Listening to Beale's interview he sounds like he is giving players a clean sheet and will ask them if they want to be part of Rangers. If not, they'll be left aside.

He also said the squad isn't as broken as people think and that age is no issue.

Sounds like a good starting process.

I would certainly hope that’s not his thinking…

He’s in for a big shock if so.
