Him being sacked before 2024 is inevitable. There's plenty of evidence he isn't good enough.

I'm hoping the only reason he's still here is because the board are sorting out a new manager and would prefer to stick with Beale than to use an interim.

I did actually think about that possibility before I posted but then I thought ...... nah, there isn't a cat's chance in hell of Beale winning the title this season. And even if the unlikely miracle does happen, I'll just deny everything and log out.
