Whoever the new manager is to be it’s vital he gets the right backroom staff. I’d like to see some Scottish coaches included ( preferably with a Rangers background) such as Kenny Miller, Neil McCann, Jig etc. And let them deal with the mhedia when necessary

Gerrard failed at Villa.  Lampard might not turn out as badly as people are making out...although I definitely don't want him to get the job.
