[FT] Rangers 2 (Danilo 11; Cantwell 20) - 1 Sparta Prague

Elite winding down of the clock at the end there.

Jack Butland is some keeper eh!

Beat Livi and we can all take a breath lads, some of them need that because they looked absolute fucked on their feet in the last 20.

Onwards.

Got away with that there. So many poor performances. Phils first poor performance. As poor a half of football that 2nd there as we've ever seen at Ibrox under anyone in any era. It was shocking.

The Lammers joke is done. Finished. Enough is enough. He's pathetic.

That said, it's a win. And a wins a win!

Go a way!

Lost our way a wee bit at times in the 2nd half but, in the end, a well deserved and vital win. Felt we tired somewhat as the game went on and were too open as a result but players kept plugging away and fans really made a difference after Sparta scored. Well done one and all!

A real pity Goldson was booked during a 'dead' period of play as their player was offside. He, along with Davies and Butland played well and once again allowed us the foundation to be more attacking. Unfortunately, guys like Danilo, Cantwell, Sima and Jack all visibly tired late on and I did feel the manager could have made changes earlier.

However, it can be difficult for players to come into an open game like that was so I understand why he waited. Never heard of the referee deciding on extra minutes for time wasting but I'm not au fait with the current rules there.

In the end a very good win and hopefully we're able to freshen up the side on Sunday.
