I remember Moscow were allegedly going to bid 5.5 mill for him.

 

I'd have taken it - but I do accept the guy is a goal machine and could seriously develop under PLG. And seeing as PLG's offered him an extension, he clearly rates him.

as someone said before you do forget hes only 22.. so much to learn and from the right manager and coaching staff hopefully he keeps bangin them in for rangers and scotland. GO ON BOYDY !:thup:

I think it's good news for two reasons, firstly we need a guy who can regularly put the ball in the back of the net and secondly, it means that Le Guen rates him highly too, which is a great seal of approval.

Aye,i'm glad PLG rates Boyd and believes he can make him an even better player great news IMO.I think you can already see how the new manager likes to operate by signing young quality believing he can improve thier game.

As for Boyd his commitment is superb and the guy wants to be a Rangers legend, let's hope he achieves his goal :thup:
