This thread having 11 pages is about as ridiclous as the hype surrounding this guy.

He scored 22 goals in a league no better than ours, and I highly doubt any of you (including myself) have seen him play.

The fact that this has become such a saga is a joke.

SLOVAKIAN star Filip Sebo has arrived in Glasgow for signing talks with Rangers after a deal in principle was struck with Austria Vienna over a transfer.

Paul Le Guen has remained hopeful this week of capturing the striker and he may get his wish if everything goes according to plan.

A Club statement said: "Rangers can confirm that Filip Sebo is in Glasgow for signing talks after the club came to an agreement in principle with Austria Vienna."

Sebo started his career with Cologne in Germany and in season 2001/2002 scored 20 goals in 30 games. Two years later he returned to his homeland with Inter Bratislava before moving to rivals Artmedia in 2004.

During his only season with the Slovakian giants the hitman bagged an impressive 22 goals in 33 games, earning him a move to Austria Vienna. Last season he played 32 times as they won the Double.

Sebo is set to have a medical and discuss personal terms and if all things are equal he will be a Rangers player tomorrow.
