They do. The media having no clue is a bonus, watching them make guess after guess.

McCoist would have scored more simply due to two facts ; - he is a better all-round player than Dessers. - he was playing in a far superior team than Dessers. McCoist struggled in his early Rangers career as he was playing in a very poor team. The fans didn't rate him but thankfully Ally rammed the GTF chants back down the fans throats. McCosit flourished with better players around him and admitted the partnership with Hateley was the making of him. McCoist wouldn't win the Golden Boot playing in this Rangers team. Dessers may not have won the Golden Boot playing in the Rangers teams McCoist played in, but he'd have a far better chance than he does now.

Yeah, I think Dio is potentially our biggest asset. Igamane and Raskin will eventually go for big fees too, fingers crossed. . -
Tuesday.

Time to cash in and replace him with better.

I like Diomande. I feel at times this year he has had too much to do and the pressure shows. I think he would do an awful lot more with better players around him. Given he has a long contract I wouldn't sell him unless for a lot of money. -
More. McCoist won the Golden Boot. I doubt Dessers will ever win that accolade.
-
Agree but how many more would have Coisty scored using the same arguement.

Monday / Tuesday I'm saying @compo what are my odds 😂
-
That's a word i'd certainly use to describe them Compo

50 going on 100 if he had more composure and balance.

I'm kind of flabbergasted by that! Especially from someone who constantly reminds us that the players from our history were infinitely superior to the current incumbents. Perhaps you are suggesting some sort of reverse psychology? Are we starting afresh on day one by clearing out the trophy room and donating the contents to the Govan Scrap Metal Franchise?
-
Thanks for his unsucceful 50 goals then.
-
I reckon they've already got the manager they want as well.
-
In our market, there has to be better out there than Dessers. He's improved a lot since he signed but he's far from being a successful signing.
-
I understand what you're saying but I fear his style of football, especially in Europe, would have us blown out the water. Maybe he's learned from his numerous failings at Southampton with the whole playing out from the back, pressing all the time and leaving g huge gaps for the opposition to exploit. In all honesty, I wouldn't go near the 3 of them.
-
I would like the new manager to gather them all in a room and tell them to forget all this Rangers history nonsense tell them this is a new Rangers new owners new manager a whole new set up let’s get our act together and go out and win matches history means nothing stop living in the past move forward or move out .
-
The names of the potential new managers don't exactly fill me with excitement or optimism. Of course, Ancelotti may be am total success but I can't help but think he's got where he is because of his dad. Gerrard? Meh. Been there done that. Success? Not really. Russell Martin? The worst of the lot.
-
I'm quite impressed by the way things are being run in a fast and efficient manner, I've got a feeling tomorrow or Tuesday we will have a manager in place🤞
-
Exciting times ahead. We need to get the right manager in place, offload a lot of the current squad and sign some proper players. A strong start is paramount.

Would be great to get those two off the wage bill early in the window. -

This is a good sign. It means they are planning well ahead and are prepared. It’s a bold strategy we as a club have never tried before. Don’t be shocked if it pays off.
