If you can swing that sponsorship from the Vatican you mentioned, until the Pope says 'No'.
-
No idea, hoping the new owners buy it out though. Actually went and looked, seems they don't mind Umbro. Stewart seemed okay with it which means new owners must've gave it the thumbs up.

I'm just me pal 😁👌🏻 I was Loyal72 on FollowFollow years ago, overlord Dingwall chucked me eventually for saying the board were failing the club, so I went to RangersMedia under the same name, after a few years on there got banned for being too right wing 😂 So uh, here I am, at the last bastion of Rangers forums, behaving myself 🙄😂

I did think L72 was Gonzo at first, but there's been a distinct lack of grammar assassinations, so I suspect I may have been wrong.

This present deal between Rangers and Castore/Umbro how long does it last
-
Actually, I think it was coined by Brendan Behan - the award was a gold ring.

Rangers takeover: Deal agreed in principle

Couldn’t they continue doing what’s been done for some time? Loans to the club converted to shares and thus dilution of existing shareholders? A financial expert can correct me. -
I'm just staring what they did at Leeds and it appears they're jumping straight to 51% here but will probably look to hoover up more shares once they are on-board. They might not, they may stick at 51%, build the club up and sell their shares for a profit (which would be "win win").
-
You're doing Gonzo proud 😄 .
-
Compo has been on the 'No Fcuks Given Tour' for quite a while now 😂 As for Vatican sponsorship, aren't the 49ers very Vatican orientated?
-
A lot depends on how they plan to extract a return. We'll need to be patient and see how it develops. At the moment, we know very little.

Is the Crimean War over yet? -
Away is newer terminology typically used to be called change kit. The "founding fathers" kit would be a change kit if you want to be pedantic. Tom Miller on RTV stills refers to them as that tbf 😂

No I haven't - heard this many moons ago. -
So the last non 49ers shareholders will sit back and watch their share value rocket without having to spend a penny. I just dont get the motivation for cavanagh & co to make others wealthier.
-
You’re thirty days too late with this, surely.

No away kit in olden times. The home team changed strip if there were a colour clash. I don’t like all white. That’s for weddings or the ballet. Blue shirts for the main strip. No other ever. Any suggestion to the contrary should incur a traitor’s penalty. The socks must be black with red tops. That’s the Rangers. Everyone knows it. The best alternative was the blue and white striped number worn occasionally 1962-65, otherwise plain red will do fine for matches against St Johnstone or Kilmarnock.
-
Hibs only had one hooped kit in their history believe it or not, 1876. The tims wore vertical stripes until 1902 when they became the incarnation of shite we see today.
-
Vatican sponsorships, changing our home kits to something other than blue, and now advocating for popcorn teeth. @compo
-
Did they not steal the hoops strip from the Edinburgh tims along with half their team?
-
Just looking back through the years there, I quite like that we kept a home kit for x amount of years in a row whilst only altering the away and third. Not a thing that happens in football anymore really, merchandising saw an end to that.
-
If they copy their model at Leeds, they'll increase their shareholding once the become the major shareholders. I'm sure when the started at Leeds they were minority shareholders with circa 25% of the shares.

Match Thread [FT] Aberdeen 2 - 2 Rangers (Igamane 49; Hagi 90+6)
CammyF replied to der Berliner's topic in Rangers Chat
So the goalie who backed up Raskin with the sheepie fans was the hero last night as Rangers won the Glasgow Cup. In an interesting turn of events he is ex-Aberdeen Phil Maguire's son.
