There's very little evidence for that argument to be challenged, IMO - other than the fact he won the third division with Barca B which is not a lot to go on. I think the fact his philosophy has influenced most current coaches in world football suggest he is a tactical genius, but then again, so is Bielsa and he's won very little. He should test your hypothesis be joining The Famous.2 points

They're currently bottom of our league (36th)! That was a poor result, no doubt. We should be beating them. But then we beat Malmo and Steaua, and should have beaten Olympiacos, all of which are not unlike the Bratislava, Young Boys, Brugge and Dynamo Zagreb that they play. I think we could have won a game or two if we had their draw.2 points

It would be very interesting to see how that would go. He does seem a bit more ready to change things than GvB, Beale or Clement do, which would be good.1 point

I think he relies a lot on having players like De Bruyne, Rodri and Silva. Tactically, I don't think he's some sort of mastermind - at Barcelona, Bayern Munich and at City he's had the best players in the league.1 point

Slight consolation is Hearts also played on Thursday but didn't have the "travel". Just never know what you're going to get with Rangers these days (well 1 good half and 1 bad seems to be the only constant). Remembrance Day so opportunity to honour the real heroes. 🙏1 point

Another bizarre kick off time - 5pm. And other another pointless international break following this game. Need a bit of redemption against Hearts from the opening game of the season where we didnt show up. They were the better team that day but they have been awful since, but a bit like Aberdeen they always seem to turn up against us.1 point

Watched the JamTarts last night and was impressed with their first half performance. even still they put so much energy into the high press in the first half that they suffered for it in the second and faded badly. It will be a difficult match on Sunday.1 point
