I don't see how moving the Scottish cup final helps us in the Europa League final. Also we have the option of resting our full team in the league game before it as it's not going to impact the league positions of either club involved.

Rest the players who need it tomorrow and next weekend and play them midweek to keep their sharpness.

I thought Goldson was immense and did well after the early booking.

What age was he?

I think that the formation will be the 4-2-3-1 that we've had success with recently. He won't pick Balogun just because he's missing on Sunday. I think Gio doesn't have as much faith in Balogun as others and his sending off perhaps sealed that so I think it'll be Bassey and Barisic again. Lundstrum and Jack will be sitting, which means no place for Davis unfortunately. I think Sakala starts up front as there isn't any other option and I don't think he's going to experiment on false 9s or other out of the box tactics as it's too big a game to go with something untested. Kent and Aribo pick themselves so it just remains a choice between Arfield and Wright, and he could go eihter way but I think he'll ultimately go with Arfield. -

Leipzig have beaten Atalanta and Real Sociedad away this year. This month they beat Dortmund 4-1 away. They beat Man City and drew with PSG in the group stages of the CL. They are a top, top side and I'm (my usual) pessimistic about tonight. But I also felt like that for much of our 2008 run, so who knows. -

Given Tav was Players' player, did they then move to the next in the list for the fans' player to try and spread the awards around?

The SNP actively involved in the child abuse coverup. Shameful. -
Would VAR have made any difference on Sunday? We may have had a penalty at the start, if they checked it. Their goal may have been ruled offside, but probably not. I think it would be allowed to stand. Bassey looked like he was onside for our goal so no issue there. It wouldn't have picked up the various tackles that could have been yellows.

Seeing his name on the team sheet gave me more confidence. The defence seemed happier too. -
It was a great team effort and nobody let us down. However Lundstrom again showed that he is so vital to the way that we are currently playing and was immense.

So many great performances. I was surprised at how well Roofe played. He led the line well. The full backs were both great, but for me it has to be Lundstrom who was inspirational.

One of the main drivers was Hillheadbear and while I don't know him personally, I've no doubt that his motivation was totally genuine. I've followed him on FF for many years and would be an asset to the organisation. I know one of the others but don't have a clue as to his motivation. There are legal reasons why the club can't do that.

No, mate. I've seen plenty of others raise their concerns, including the guys who failed in their attempt to get a board place. Rather than take their concerns on board and adopt a conciliatory approach, the current board just seem to double down. Most member votes are just a yes or no, and not either/or, so we're not given a proper say and it's a waste of time to raise concerns. You're correct about the King v Park battle, but for me it's largely one-sided. Park is still here and while some may doubt his/their ability to take us further, I don't doubt that he has only the club's best interests at heart, and the major issues are all priorities of where to spend the limited cash that they have available. King invested his cash in the past and deserves gratitude for that but anything that he now says appears to be self-serving.

At the risk of repeating myself, because it benefits the club. The club is short of cash and desperately needs every penny it can get. Do you not have any concerns about the conflict of interest that the C1872 board (including shadow director) appear to have in this issue? Is it not correct to raise concerns that the C1872 board previously claimed that hey were unable to purchase shares from the club, despite the club offering them the opportunity, and the only reason that they did buy shares from the club was that they were publicly shamed into doing it? How can the C1872 members possibly trust that there is currently not the chance to put the cash into Rangers itself? The club has had 17 allotments of shares over the past 18 months. there's nothing to suggest that they wouldn't welcome this cash into the club. But then again, I wasn't given a high paying job in Rangers in the past, so perhaps I'm looking at it differently from those making the decisions as to where the cash should go. Its objects include "to support and enhance the aspirations of Rangers supporters and followers for the well-being of the Club and its footballing success." Is giving cash to King rather than the club in line with that object? I guess that's partly aimed at me but I'm personally a member and this website is also a member.
