Me too despite my username. Alex was the first Ranger I saw in the flesh, standing on the terracing right near to where he went chasing up and down. Willie just had more to his all-round game.

I think buster has blocked himself hasn't he??

He's towering over Billy Wright! Never realised that before.

If they make it then it's not. But you have to ask why he didn't get a shot at Leicester. I would like nothing better than for us to grow our own and have a nucleus of 5 or 6 devpt. squad graduates. Least he's a permanent signing; I hate the conveyor belt of short-term loanees and hope this signals a change of strategy.

None of these things seemed to worry the 9iar squad though - and I'm sure we had to contend with dodgy refereeing decisions etc. then. We had also players like Stuart McCall who we don't quite have the equivalent of now. I don't think Keltic have better players than us man for man - but they definitely are more consistent. Anyone know - do we have an actual sports psychologist on the staff? Used to pooh-pooh them but I think their input is sorely needed now.

SPFL Season declaration challenged legally (ongoing discussion)

One would hope so. I'm a great believer in openness; the more things we put in the public domain the better. Just hope though that nobody at Rangers FC gets the Julian Assange treatment.... -

Economic Carnage and what it entails for Rangers

That alone would worry me. Just think of the prestige a Champions League-winning Rangers would bring though; you'd think it would atrract some overseas interest. -

Apologies if this has been covered in another thread but a Newcastle-supporting acquaintance of mine is unsure about the takeover by a Saudi family even though it means the end of the hated Ashley. How would Rangers fans feel if a similar cash-rich Middle-Eastern consortium went for us? Should it be welcomed? Do we want success at any price? My preference is always for Scottish, or at least, British, control. But curious to know what the grassroots feeling is. Secondly, should the Ashley buy-out if it happens increase or decrease the chances of loosening his manacles on us? -

And yet the Premier League in England is still talking about resuming at the end of June. We cannot have it resuming while Scotland doesn't. In fact all sport should be on hold indefinitely. -
They used to call it the WM formation. Don't see why they couldn't bring it back. You only need one centre half nowadays.

Rangers Management, Players Agree 50% Wage Deferrals

And also politicians who, just having had a recent pay rise now will get a 10% increase due to having to work from home. I would have thought working from home is more likely to save you money. -
Most under-rated centre forward.
