The Solanke fee is ridiculous; he's barely had a run of games in the EPL and is still unproven. He will have to compete at Bournemouth with the excellent Calum Wilson and Joshua King so he may be on the bench a lot. Next year (or when his contract expires) let's really annoy them by signing Lewis Ferguson. I've seen comments by some of their fans saying that he has some dodgy relatives. They don't deserve players like that. This is a young man destined for the top; we can help him reach there.

Then you will have noticed that he's a good tackler and passer but he does tend to play deep. He's described on 'transfermarket' or somesuch as a 'defensive right-footed midfielder.' Considering that our strongest need is for a no. 10 type I'm unsure how he will fit in. He's essentially competing with Jack, McCrorie and Rossiter. Unless SG thinks he can play further forward.

That's what I thought, but is he not right-footed? (See his 'goal' in the last game where he turned back and crossed with his right, only for it to end up in the net!) We could do with Candeias cover.
