Since his "resignation" yesterday the amount of coverage he has been given by PQ is a disgrace. This continued eulogising and use of the word "legend" goes beyond the pale. There cannot be many of them left who have broken their vow of silence to pay homage to this cretin. From that replayed appalling "last interview" given by Rob McLeod aka Sgt Wilson to that bigoted piece of junk from Tom Anguish this morning. It's enough to gie ye the boak!?
-
Well, I can accept your point on the bigotry and sectarianism being a one way street in his view. His failure to condemn Sellick fans taunting of Boyd bears that out. Their fans needs to remember his "success" as a manager against us is more down to a plastic carpet than anything else. Perhaps they'll install one at the Stadium of Blight to suit his style of football. His dour football tactics and persona would be perfect for that lot. Well matched indeed but I doubt it will happen! ?
-
Well if that were to happen there will have to be a repentance on his part. Let's not forget the HUGE outpouring of angst and bitterness after his Killie side were pumped at Ibrox. He played the West of Scotland bigotry rant to the full. So glad he didn't live here, toxic atmosphere etc etc. Not forgetting his bye bye Rangers (and Celtic) jibe from the centre of the pitch when Killie secured European football on last day of season. That's some helluva heavy baggage to carry into an OF job!

They may delay it until after 55 is secured. He would be the elephant in the room at the big PQ wake.?

Need to cut Mikey some slack here. It must have been a hard watch for him, trying to find fault with Morelos last night. Random bookings, dreadful challenges unpunished plus a sending off but the Columbian didn't feature in any of them!
-
Agree 100% with above. Morelos link up play a joy to behold. His quick awareness to lay off to Aribo fantastic. He seemed immune from some of the wild challenges others were subjected to, and a result it was a very calm and confident display. Our back 4 were all over the place, particularly Barasic who was getting a roasting down their right flank in first half, also culpable for loss of 1st goal.

Seems all 3 deserve a damn good thrashing in some quarters. "Can't cut it - Won't make at Ibrox" Shame that. All 3 have provided me with memorable moments of sublime footballing quality, worked their socks off for the team and weighed in with some fantastic goals this season. I for one value all 3. I'm fairly certain the manager does as well. Can't we all just get behind them? The finishing line is in sight! -

What a sad, embittered, biased individual he is. Can't wait to see his face the day 55 is secured! -

Yes it will be great to have Alfredo back. Not just for his goals, his all round contribution and link up play have been sorely missed in the last 3 games. Lets all hope he can reign in the petulance for the run in. Just to accentuate the lack of goals in the last 3 games - Hagi, Jack and the other an own goal v Hamilton. ? -

Fair point. I can see why Jack has been left out given the delicate nature of his knee injury on a surface like that. Too much of a risk. Davis has played a lot of games as well. Leaving them both out is a surprise however. Kamara slots in as one replacement, Zungu a bit more of a surprise but he has played full 90 on artificial surface at Falkirk. I wish him well. Unusual front 3 as well, but looks exciting. Fingers crossed it all goes to plan!? -

Hagi for me as well. Must have been disappointed to miss out at Hibernian but worked hard last night. The quality of his strike was worthy of winning the match. Great post match interview as well!

It has to be Kamara. A dominant display throughout. He also was subjected to a few tasty challenges, none more so than the stamp from the 70's porn star.

Mr Welsh may wish to reflect on the paradox of that statement. A great thing about closed door football is no home fans, your players are less likely to get attacked taking a throw in, or worse, being subjected to fans launching glass missiles when lying injured on the pitch! -

Yeah! I can just see him going there for a Scottish record transfer and us pocketing 20% of the transfer fee for developing him!
