  1. Sorry mate, but not once have I said to clear saved passwords!
  2. Unless your browser (probably Safari or Chrome for iOS) is using the forum's 'Default Mobile Style' which hasn't been optimized or you're using Tapatalk, then no, you should still clear your Cache to get the benefit of the optimizations. If you see the following icons (see below) at the top right of the screen on your iPad (or other mobile device, including Android devices), then your browser is using the Default Mobile Style for the forum and you can ignore this thread for the moment.
  3. It's a very well written statement and gets all the right messages across. Definitely the right decision from TBO as well.
  4. Thanks Laudbertz, you've just saved me some time! Here's a visual example of how to clear your Cache for Firefox users.......
  5. No, the changes are purely cosmetic in the form of image file optimizations. The image files are now smaller in size (KB & bytes) meaning the forum pages will load quicker in your browser after you've cleared your browser's Cache.
  6. Folks, in order to streamline and speed up our Gersnet forum experience there's been some extensive optimization work done on the images (hundreds of PNG & GIF files) used by the forum's default Style/skin called 'Gersnet Home'. If you're a user of the default 'Gersnet Home' forum Style or the 'Gersnet Home Fluid' Style, then please make sure you clear (empty) your browser's Cache in order to take full advantage of the optimizations. Users of the 'Blue & Orange' Style will have to wait a few days until the work on that one is completed.
  7. You have indeed and please do, thank you.
  8. Well said Nacho!
  9. All I'm asking is that you stop repeating yourself and constantly finding new ways of spreading your anti-RF agenda on multiple threads at a time, especially threads which aren't even about RF or BR. It's a very reasonable request.
  10. Excellent statement from The Blue Order. TBO Backs Rangers First and Buy Rangers. 29th Jan 2015 The Blue Order are pleased to confirm that the group has made a £500 contribution to both RST BuyRangers and Rangers First, to include life membership of both schemes. This outlay represents a very significant amount of our group funds but we felt that it was crucial that we played our part in committing to the current collective effort of the Rangers support to attain as many shares as possible ahead of the upcoming EGM. Within TBO, there is a strong appetite for significant and meaningful fan ownership and we wish to urge all our fellow fans to pursue this aspiration as much as possible. The journey to Fan Ownership will be a long and testing one, but the momentum currently carrying all fan share investment schemes is very encouraging to say the least and within our fanbase, is certainly unprecedented. TBO would like to think that the days of the Rangers support sitting idly by, whilst various self-serving custodians take advantage of the club are over. Rangers Football Club should be managed for the benefit of Rangers and the fans, not for anyone else. Given recent events and the latest disgraceful decision to hand more assets and revenue streams to asset strippers, we all know how difficult this will be, but we must campaign and organise for the fight and hope that a successful conclusion to the EGM issue will not be the end but instead will be a catalyst for real change toward significant fan ownership. Ahead of the League Cup Semi Final v Them, TBO had discussed putting funds toward a display as we have done previously at Hampden. Current group issues and logistics meant that this would be difficult to produce, to live up to the standards of previous efforts by ourselves and others. There was already talk of buying shares and we believe that our funds are better to be used at this current time on fan share schemes than a one-off display. Considering this, TBO would encourage all fans going to the game at Hampden to bring a flag or banner. A sea of red, white and blue in the Rangers end can look as good as any organised display. We ask those who have not already joined Buy Rangers or Rangers First to do so immediately, get yourself involved and ask your friends and family members too. This is something that all Rangers fans can be part of, from as little as £5 per month. This is not about TBO or any other group. This is about our Rangers which belongs to us all. This is about a collective effort that can make a difference if we all want it to. Two schemes, join either or both but do join! Are you in? #sharesforthebears www.therst.co.uk www.rangersfirst.org
  11. This thread isn't about Rangers First. Please give it a rest and stop polluting multiple threads with your anti-RF agenda and constant rhetoric.
  12. Tom Winnifrith, the same guy who does the 'Bearcast' podcast Ian posted in this thread - City blogger/journalist interested in our dealings with W H Ireland, Shackleton It's just his style. When it comes to the AIM market he seems very clued-up and doesn't mince his words when speaking about companies flaunting regulations and the dealings of dodgy companies, directors, Nomads etc.
  13. Don't forget to post your predictions for the League Cup Semi on Sunday!! Do it here - Predictions for Celtic v Rangers - League Cup SF (GPL game 33)
  14. Having a highly political fan ownership vehicle and one which is less so, combined with the other differences between BR & RF probably makes them quite symbiotic. Join them both, join one or join neither, it's all good!
  15. Getting 11 to agree is easier than getting 12 to agree!
  16. Right, I'm with you now BD. Yes, the securities on Ed House and the car park are effectively just being transferred from MASH to SD. Still, you can add the Club's registered trademarks and the shirt sponsorship transfer to RRL onto your list.
  17. Don't forget the fixed charges over Edmiston House, Albion Car Park, and the Club's registered trademarks!
  18. I'm being pedantic here TB, but Dave King is currently operating separately from the Taylor/Park/Letham group for specific reasons, so they couldn't have jointly offered a £20m package.
  19. The positive for the incumbent regime and those they represent Greg, is that hundreds (more like thousands!) of fans tonight are discussing Nacho instead of discussing today's really important announcement regarding the new Ashley deal and tomorrow the press will be littered with the Nacho story which dilutes the real story. These people running the show clearly don't give a shit about the Club or the fans and that's been very apparent for quite a long time now, almost 4 years in fact, but even if we just concentrate on the past 30 months or so since GreenCo took over, then the level of lies, deceit and propaganda we've been served up is unlike any other period in the Club's history. The support can get behind FO schemes all it likes, but unless Rangers fans are buying very large tranches of shares from the GreenCo/BPH/Margarita/Easdale (etc etc) group of shareholders hidden behind Beaufort Nominees, then the incumbent regime have effective control via Sandy Easdale's proxy votes.
  20. Try to keep the thread on topic please folk. We're in the here and now and this thread's about the Rangers board accepting another shitty deal from Mike Ashley.
  21. Nacho may well have been deemed a persona non grata by the Rangers directors much like John Brown has been, but yes, the idea that it's due to him joining RangersFirst is definitely far-fetched and the timing of it sets alarm bells off that it's also a manufactured distraction.
  22. Don't forget to post your predictions for the Semi Final at Hampden on Sunday!! Do it here - Predictions for Celtic v Rangers - League Cup SF (GPL game 33)
  23. GreenCo had a notable history of pulling wacky PR stunts (even if it was BAD PR) to distract people from bigger news such as Green's 'paki friend' stuff pulled off do deliberately distract everyone away from the major story of the time which was his links to Craig Whyte and the lies he'd been telling related to that. A can of worms was being opened and it was convenient for Green to throw himself under the bus to distract folks' attention because it also gave him a cosy get-out ticket and a free pass to fill his boots with a fat pay-off. This Novo stuff is clearly a different sort of situation, but IMO it is almost certainly a deliberate distraction set up by people intent on running interference.
  24. Yep, that and the board of directors trying to wriggle and slither their way out of taking responsibility.
  25. I doubt if many (if any) at all would consider resigning in protest.
